A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to assembly services. Delivery is typically to the building premises; customers are responsible for moving items to higher floors. Deliveries may occasionally occur outside the stated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances.

Material Care Instruction:

• Check to ensure the legs are fitted tightly to the sofa on regular basis.
• Avoid direct sunlight as it will affect your furniture. It can cause your furniture to lose its shine and luster and begin to fade.
• Vacuum your furniture regularly with a soft brush nozzle.
• Do not jump or sit on the arms.
• Cover your sofa when it's not in use. This will protect it from sunlight, dirt, and debris.
• In case of spill or stain, clean immediately.
